Your Rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason and without a justification.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The goods must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Perishable goods, digital downloads, or services that have been fully provided.
