Recruitment

  • Ethical Recruitment Practices: Rabtik Limited ensures fair recruitment and does not condone agencies involved in modern slavery practices.
  • Verification of Eligibility: We verify the identity and eligibility of candidates to work, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Training for Recruiters: Recruitment personnel undergo training to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks.

IT Management

  • Secure IT Systems: Ensuring that data and systems are secure to prevent unauthorized access and exploitation.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing systems to detect irregularities in employee data and reporting.
